Issue with Cities not all showing up

Issue with Cities not all showing up

In the last two weeks we have experienced issues with the database not showing all the cities in the drop down box.

Last week it was stuck on one city and this morning it only showed the All in the drop down box. A reboot fixes the issue.

Anyone have any clues?
