Same Photo Keeps Getting Uploaded

My user is reporting a problem that I'm pretty sure I experienced once myself but don't remember how I resolved it. I'm using an old v1.0.39.2006-08-01.

When they go to upload photos, they'll upload one photo just fine, but then when they try to upload a second one, the first one gets re-uploaded.  It happens over and over again, on different days and on at least two different computers.  Apparently this issue is sporadic and does not occur every time.  When I experimented with uploading pictures on their site just now it worked fine.

This is not an error that's ever been reported so, not that you want to hear this, user-error is the most probable explanation --> whereby the user is uploading the same photo twice (perhaps a thumbnail and original version of the photo).  If your customer experiences this again, please send access to the login.asp page using the contact forms on our website.

This is not an error. If you upload a photo and replace it with another one you will notice on the front end of site its updated however in the admin will show the old photo. Clear the cache of the application and your browser and you will see the update. It has to do with the way 20/20 does its caching in its application.
