I have a client who needs a property development site and 20/20 real estate looks ideal.

The client has properties for sale around the world, but there are no agents - he is the owner and the developer/seller.

I have looked through the features of 20/20 real estate and the 20/20 datashed, and for his requirements I think the real estate version would suite his requirements even with the extra plugins I think would be of need etc, the real estate version still comes in cheaper than the datashed version. (obviously there is not that much difference in terms of cost, but if I have to instal, tweak, maintain and train my client the simpler the better).

Can anyone tell me anything I've missed, something that might not be obvious, something that is lacking in the plain real estate version?
ie in plain simple terms what are the benefits of datashed over the real estate version (for my property developer)?
