Cost to access MLS data feeds

Hi,

I know that Veara charges $65/month to translate the data from the IDX/MLS feed into something that Datashed can use, but how much does this feed coming from the MLS/IDX provider cost? The reason I ask is because I am doing a site for a brokerage out of St Augustine, FL, and they don't have any clue. I'm hesitant to ask them to do my dirty work, and get the cost.

Hi, mherchel, this is Randy Shepherd with Veara.  Our experience in Florida to date is that most MLS’s do not charge a fee for FTP data availability, at least not that we have seen.  However, while we have experience with other MLS’s in Florida including the Florida Association of Realtors, we do not have direct experience with St. Augustine, FL as yet
